Two Slovak premieres will follow – while Juraj Farkaš’s Fifth Symphony inspired by the European mountains carries the subtitle A Slovak in Engadin, the origin of a new oratorio Devín Rock by Norbert Bodnár was motivated by the eternal heritage of the Thessaloniki Brothers as well as by the poetry of Marián Tkáč.
